1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing or using the Afumarine website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your state, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Products, Pricing & Payment
Products are offered subject to availability. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and availability may change without prior notice. Afumarine may discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to product materials, manufacturing variations, or differences in display settings.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are collected where required by law.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Afumarine reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors. If an order is affected by such an error, the order may be canceled and any payment received for the canceled order will be refunded.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Afumarine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders affected by inventory shortages, payment authorization failures, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified.
Customers may request cancellation before an order has entered processing or shipment. Cancellation requests received after processing has begun may not be approved. When a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping & Returns
Afumarine ships orders only to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Afumarine's reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review that policy before making a purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Afumarine website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, website design, software, and digital content, is owned by or licensed to Afumarine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use website content without prior written permission from Afumarine.

8. Governing Law, Disputes & Changes to These Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AFU MARINE LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court where permitted.
Afumarine may modify these Terms at any time. Any updated version will become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. United States Sales Only
Afumarine sells and ships physical products within the United States only. Orders requesting shipment outside the United States are not accepted.
These Terms apply only to customers who use the website and purchase products for delivery within the United States.
